TO the event |
The CRC will begin accepting shipments
the week prior to the event. To guarantee proper delivery,
make sure you allow enough time for your material to
arrive no later than one 2 days prior to the
event. If you are unable to ship items until 1 or 2
days before the event, we are able to receive them but
cannot guarantee they will be available to you upon
your arrival.
Use the
following address on all of your shipping labels, including
FedEx, UPS and other carriers.
This format greatly assists us in efficiently and accurately
handling your deliveries.

Prior to your arrival, you need to arrange post-event
shipment. The Career Resource Center can serve as a
pick-up location for your items, but we are not able
to arrange the shipping for you.
Please bring all shipping labels and account numbers
with you to the event to facilitate shipping of your
items. We cannot guarantee same day pick-up of your
shipments, so please contact our staff ahead of time
if you require items to arrive somewhere else overnight.
