you can reach the outlet -- a heavy-duty cord is

You need to provide all hardware (computer, wireless
network card), our staff will provide you with the
simple directions and password to login to the campus
wireless network |

Space at the event is limited...
Total floor space available per table is 9-10 feet
wide and 6 feet deep. |
 |
Please do not bring
huge displays, furniture, equipment or huge amounts
of give-away items. Your display needs to fit within
the space provided by the table(s) you will have
at the event. |

Helium filled balloons
are not allowed in the ballroom, so only use air
filled balloons if you are using them. |
 |
Bring plenty of handouts, forms,
etc. There are no commercial photocopying facilities
near the event site. |
 |
Please do not re-arrange your
table(s), occupy an adjacent vacant table, or move
to another location without CRC staff approval.
CRC staff will be available to help you relocate
and move your materials, if needed. |
