The CRC has designed various programs and initiatives to help our employers make connections on campus and build their organization’s overall presence. There is a strong correlation between a company’s recruitment success and how familiar students are with their organization. Engaging in some of the activities listed below will surely increase your company’s presence at UF.

Many employers hold information sessions the night before their scheduled interviews. During these presentations, representatives from the company discuss life at the company, typical career paths, and specific positions for which they are seeking college students. These sessions typically take place during the evening hours and last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. Additionally, some employers find that hosting an open house during the day for an extended period of time better accommodates their needs. Either an information session or open house provides valuable “face time” with interested candidates.
