Exploring Education Majors & Careers
Unified Elementary/Special Education
Unified Early Childhood Education

Education

One important component of choosing a major is exploring the employment opportunities available with that major. In addition, each major requires it's own set of skills and interests in order to be successful. This is an introductory listing of both the neccessary skills and a selected listing of job opportunities for each major offered in the College of Education. It is not intended to be a comprehensive list. Rather, it is a point of departure. Students are encouraged to explore these options with a Career Counselor at the Career Resource Center or at Student Services within the College of Education.
