Checks should be made payable to the UF Career Resource Center. You can include payment for all events in one check as long as you also submit the correct registration form for each. Our Tax ID number is 59-6002052. For billing and registration information, or to pay the fees via VISA/Master Card or American Express, please call the Career Resource Center Accounting Office at (352) 392-1601 ext 256 or e-mail Accounting@crc.ufl.edu. Cancellations received prior to three weeks of the registration deadline will receive a refund of fees minus a $50.00 handling charge. Any outstanding bills from previous career fairs will prevent participation in future CRC events. If registration has been paid and the company does not attend, we cannot “roll over” the registration to another event or refund the fee.

If you do not check in by 11:00 AM the day of the event, you will be considered a “no show” for that event and your table may be reassigned to another company. Also, if your company does not attend and did not call to cancel before the event, your company will still be billed for the event.
