Includes posting your opportunities and listing your organization's information in Gator CareerLink. This is an easy way to begin establishing your recruiting brand at UF.

Furthers your campus recruiting brand by participating in on-campus interviews, career fairs, information sessions and other activities. This level fosters greater in-person interaction with candidates.

Involves participation in activities such as employer-led workshops to educate candidates, event sponsorship, initiative-specific partnerships and participation in advisory boards. This level helps to solidify brandawareness and establishes a long-term recruiting commitment.
