Cancellations and Refunds
Aug. 5, 2009 is the cancellation deadline for this event. Cancellations received by the Aug. 5, will receive a full refund and will not be charged for canceling their event registration. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Career Resource Center. Please contact the Career Events Staff to cancel your registration. No cancellations will be accepted after the cancellation deadline. Registered organizations who fail to show up at the event will result in a charge for the event. Outstanding bills from previous events will prevent employers the use of other CRC services in the future.
No Show
Organizations that do not check in by 11 a.m. on the day of the event will be considered a "no show". Registered organizations that fail to show up at the event will result in a charge for the event regardless if payment has been received by the Career Resource Center.
Space Usage
Display space at the Part-Time Job Fair is limited. Please do not plan to bring furniture, large equipment or excessive amounts of give-away items. If you bring items that require more space than you reserved, you will be charged for additional tables.
Additionally, each organization is permitted two (2) representatives per table with up to 2 additional representatives may attend for an additional $20.00 each equaling a total of four (4). For additional representatives, additional table space must be purchased. A maximum of four (4) representatives are permitted at each table. If your organization has more than this limit, you will be charged for an additional table, regardless of whether you actually use the additional table during the event.
