The Career Resource Center educates University of Florida students to advance their career goals in a global community by engaging them in career planning and employment opportunities. Our career services improve students’ collegiate experience and prepare graduates to make significant contributions in their professional arenas.

We established the Gator Career Partner program to recognize employers who support our innovative programs. Acknowledgements about your financial gifts are recognized by students, faculty, staff and parents within the university community throughout the academic year. Varying levels of Gator Career Partnership are available.

The Career Resource Center assists students with each phase of their career development. Employer participation in our programs enriches student learning as they explore career paths and research employers. Consider a general gift or specific contribution towards the following initiatives.

Career Exploration and Planning

First and second year students are encouraged to learn about their skills, interests and abilities. With a clear self assessment in hand, they start to explore career options and employers through programs such as SPACE, Graham Hume Residential Community, various Employer Panels and Career Workshops.

Internship & Cooperative Education

Career-related experience before graduation improves candidates’ professional acumen. The CRC educates and connects UF students to pre-graduation work experience through The a number of programs and initiatives like BRIDGE  (Building Relationships through internship development with Gainesville Area Employers) program, employer workshops and career fairs.

Job Search Strategies and Professional Development

The CRC assists thousands of students with their internship and full-time employment search through career fairs, on-campus interviews and employer workshops.
