A Powerful Recruiting Tool
Gator CareerLink (GCL) enables you to post your available opportunities (full-time, part-time, internship, co-op, volunteer, etc), participate in campus activities (on-campus interviews, information sessions, career fairs and workshops), network with students and enhance your campus brand.
Most of our services are offered through GCL (a Symplicity/NACELink system). Use GCL to streamline your recruiting efforts.
To get started, click here. Once you fill in some basic information, you will be on your way to recruiting at UF.
If you have used a Symplicity/NACELink system at another school, just log in with that password.
Services through GCL
Try starting with a job posting. Once you have created your GCL account, log in above, click on "Jobs," select "Add New" and fill out the information. Students will be able to see and apply for your positions.
You can also use GCL to register for any of our career fairs. We have a variety of fairs that will meet any recruiting needs. To register, log in to GCL, click on "events" and select "register" next to a particular fair.
On-campus interviews are an efficient and cost-effective way to interview students. Use GCL to request dates, post descriptions, set screening criteria, track applicants and schedule interviews through a single interface. To get started, log in to Gator CareerLink, click on "on-campus interviewing," click "request schedule" and fill out the information.
Information sessions provide you a forum to speak to students about your organization and it's opportunities. You could also hold an informal open house to network with students. To request an information sessions, log in to GCL, click on "events," select "information sessions" and click "add new."
