Employer Resume Critiques for all Majors

Each semester prior to our largest career event, Career Showcase, the Career Resource Center invite employers to assist our staff with our all-day resume critique programs. This event is well-attended, as students value employers' feedback and perspective. We encourage you to share your resume expertise with our students and alumni. Resume Critiques benefit students and help you maintain company presence.

Employer Mock Interviews

10 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday, Jan. 26, 2009, CRC
The week after Career Showcase, employers provide guidance for students during Mock Interviews. This program offers students and alumni opportunity to meet with employers in order to evaluate their interviewing techniques. Assist students in refining their interviewing techniques while establishing relationships. Full or half day options.

Employer Workshop Series

The CRC hosts a series of workshops each semester that are facilitated by a CRC moderator and a panel of employer representatives. Companies participate in panels and workshops to share their knowledge on career preparation, internships, job search skills and more while participants learn ways to secure experiential of full-time employment during the workshops.

A program offering special hour-long sessions on job search topics throughout the day. Sign up for all or just a few of the seminars.

Interviewing Do's & Dont's, 2 p.m.-2:45 p.m.
Opportunity Knocks: Effective Job & Internship Searching, 3 p.m.-3:45 p.m.

Executive Education Series

The Career Resource Center hosts executives from various organizations to communicate global career issues. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
