Gator CareerLink (GCL) is the University of Florida's online job search database that connects employers (nationwide, regional, and local) to UF student and alumni candidates. Having a GCL account allows you to post your opportunities (full-time and internship), track applicants, register for career fairs, schedule on-campus interviews or information sessions and network with UF students.

Posting your opportunities at UF
With Gator CareerLink you can post your internship, co-op, and full-time opportunities for the students at UF. If you are already have a GCL username and password:
- Go to www.crc.ufl.edu/employers and log into your account
- Click on “Jobs”
- Click on “Add New”
- Fill out your listing
If you are a new employer and have not taken advantage of GCL:
- Go to www.crc.ufl.edu/employers and click on “New User Registration”
- Once registered you will receive a validation email
- Click the link in the validation email to complete your registration and receive your password.
- Once you receive your password:
- Log into your account at www.crc.ufl.edu/employers
- Click on “Jobs”
- Click on “Add New” and fill out your job listing

Register and Post a job at Multiple Schools &
Universities
You may want to reach several schools on the NACELink Network. This service carries a small charge in order to list one posting at many schools.
Part-Time Private Employers
Positions that are not affiliated with an organization like babysitting, lawn care, housekeeping, pet care, house sitting, pet sitting etc, in the Gainesville and surrounding area: Here’s how you list this positions:
- Go to the Part-time Employers Job Posting Page
- Enter the details of your position
- Click “Submit”
Alternatively, you can call 352-273-2328 and leave a message with the following information: first/last name, address (local addresses only), email address or phone number, description of the position/candidate, pay rate, the start/end date of this position (one semester max), and how you want the students to contact you. All part-time positions are reviewed by UF Staff, entered into Gator CareerLink, and will go live within 48 business hours of the posting activity. The University reserves the right to refuse any part-time positions listed through this service.
