Jobs & Internships
Professional experience is critical to being for your students to be competitive candidates. Students build their resumes while earning credit and getting paid for alternating semesters of classes and supervised academic work through a co-operative education program.
On-Campus Interviews with Employers
We host thousands of interviews at UF each year within the CRC and J. Wayne Reitz Union that serve as the initial phase of the hiring process. Students must be registered with Gator CareerLink to sign up for an on-campus interview.
Our Part-Time Job Fair, Summer Job & Internship Fair and Career Showcase are held each year to provide the opportunity for students to connect with employers for internship and job opportunities. Promote these events and their related preparation workshops in your classes.
We assist students with finding local, regional and international internships through Career Planning appointments, Gator CareerLink postings, career fairs, networking opportunities and advocating for students by educating employers on NACE Standards and best practices.
Gator CareerLink is an online career portal linking students to job databases, on-campus interviews, internship opportunities, mock interview schedules and more. By registering, students can also upload resumes and cover letters, submit applications, sign up for campus interviews, view dates for employer information sessions and track job search activities.
Going Global is an online tool that helps to prepare students interested in working outside of the United States. The Going Global database contains country specific information and resources for finding international jobs.
