Job Search Options
On-Campus Interviews
On-Campus Interviewing is one Gator CareerLink’s most popular features and allows employers from various industries to recruit UF students for various positions. Interviews are usually held in the Career Resource Center or other rooms of the J. Wayne Reitz Union.
Students should research participating organizations and submit their resumes for the company representative to review. Employers use GCL to manage and select students for interviews.
Jobs, Internships, Co-Ops
Gator CareerLink users have access to various job databases which house local, statewide, national and international fulltime, internship, and co-op opportunities.

See “Job Agents” below to learn how to automate your search.
Grad/Alum Job Search
Gator CareerLink is still helpful after graduation. Our job databases contain specialized positions requiring advanced degrees or work experience. The database is tied into the JobCentral National Employment Network and was created for graduate students and alumni of the University of Florida.
Job Agents
Job agents are a convenient way to automate your job search function and stay on top of the latest opportunities. Set your own job search criteria. When new opportunities are posted and a match is found, your job agent will notify you. If you don’t have a definite career goal, can set up multiple Job Agents to find the latest opportunities in a number of career fields.
