I oversee 32 full-time professionals and provide oversight for a centralized center serving approximately 50,000 students. I’m proud to be a two-time Gator alumnus with a B.S. in Recreation, Parks and Tourism and a M.S in Management. In my down time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and friends, and volunteering in the community with the Gainesville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

As Office Manager for the Career Resource Center, I oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Accounting functions for full-time staff and graduate and student assistants employed at the Center.

I supervise our staff members who provide customized career development opportunities and industry connections for UF students through partnerships with our colleges. My team specifically sets the strategic direction for the customized career development education and programs. When I am not working you can usually find me at Walt Disney World!

DANA MCPHERSONMarketing and Digital Media Manager

I am responsible for managing the brand standards and communications projects for the Center. This includes overseeing the efforts in the digital space, social and website, and marketing initiatives for CRC projects. When I’m not in the office, you can find me at a high school track, watching my daughter compete; on a plane, jet setting off to somewhere new; or on the corner of my sofa, curled up reading a good book!

LENNETTE RESHARDCareer Services Coordinator

I help oversee the office daily operations, inventory, maintenance request and office supplies. I also assist with the new hiring process, which includes facilitating the new hire check list, verifying references and organizing CRC welcome breakfast. In addition to co-supervising the Career Ambassadors, I organize bi-weekly staff meetings, oversee the library to ensure that company information, handouts and books are kept current. As assigned, I assist the director with her calendar and appointments. I enjoy spiritual activities, meditation, walking and spending quality time with family and friends.

CHARITY REYNOLDSSenior Assistant Director for Administrative Services

I assist the CRC with business and administrative operations that will focus on supporting our fiscal management and budgets. In addition, I will oversee special initiatives that will impact the center’s operations and work closely with the team to oversee the center’s various budgets, approve travel and expense reports and ensure we are staying up to date with best practices associated with fiscal management. In my free time you can find me shopping, being a foodie, spending time with friends and family, or looking for a new adventure.

In my role, I have been charged with making the lives of the entire team easier! Specifically by creating, launching and maintaining the first ever CRC Knowledge Community, an internal online resource library for staff. In addition, I have updated all office manuals and provide back up for the Operations and Administrative services. I am proud Gator MFOS alumna. When I am not at work you can catch me enjoying life. Specifically laughing with family and friends, burning things in the kitchen, and singing horribly at the top of my lungs.

I support our team of 15 Career Ambassadors, manage campus-wide outreach efforts, and work with students to identify their career and professional development goals and help them achieve those goals. When I’m not at work, you can find me traveling and exploring the sunshine state, watching Netflix, and trying new recipes/restaurants.

I collaborate with the campus community to support holistic career readiness through programming that facilitates identifying, engaging and reflecting on experiential learning opportunities, individual and group career planning, and outreach.
Outside of work, I am a: dog mom, PhD student, powerlifter, adventure-seeker, and foodie.

I am the Assistant Director for Career Engagement and Experiential Education. I work in partnership with campus stakeholders to develop experiential learning programs and opportunities that engage students in real-world learning experiences. Through reflective practice, I help students think holistically about the impact of their experiences on their life and career trajectory. Outside of work I am a mom of 2 amazing teenage boys, sports mom, director for a youth tackle football program, exercise enthusiast, nature lover, and outdoors adventure seeker.

My aim is to engage students to reflect on their values, motivations, and strengths and connect the dots between who they are and what they want to do. Outside of work, I enjoy playing roller derby, cooking, listening to podcasts, and travelling.

I have the privilege of helping students find satisfying jobs and career paths. I coordinate the efforts of a team of superstars who help students identify their passions and teach skills they need to be competitive candidates. Together, we connect students to professional mentors, alumni, teach them how to get into different industries, and find internships or other experiences they could have to prepare them for success after graduation.

When I’m not at work, turn up the music and laugh with me as I enjoy my beautiful family, amazing friends and worship the Lord.

I provide vision and support for the Career and Professional Development team, including coordinating our Career Planning and career coaching services. Our team’s goal is to empower students to see their potential in all stages of planning for their careers. I work to provide structure and best practices to help students learn more about what makes them unique- including understanding strengths, skills, and interests. When I am not at work, you can find me playing outside with my dog, checking out new local restaurants, doing yoga, or spending time with my family and friends.

I support students living in residence halls as the embedded liaison for Housing & Residence Education – West Campus. I engage them through workshops, career planning sessions, and connect them to the resources they need to be successful in life after the Swamp. I work with employers to stay up to date on industry trends, help them develop engagement opportunities on campus, and encourage them to Hire UF Gators. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, being creative, and spending time with my friends and family.

In addition to working with students, I work with employers to stay abreast of industry trends, assist them with fostering a presence on-campus, and encourage them to employ students from Gator Nation. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my tween daughter and family as well as shopping, trying new restaurants, and line dancing.

As a member of the Career Resource Team, I have the opportunity to serve as the embedded liaison to the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. I work closely with CALS students providing tailored career development to help students prepare for life after the Swamp. My mission is to connect the dots between employers, the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, and the Career Resource Center. In my free time, I like to lace up for some recreational sports, explore new restaurants around town, and test out the free samples at Trader Joe’s.

In addition, our team is also responsible for directing the HireUFGators and employer development initiatives for the center. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling the country, fishing, and attending concerts.

In my role, I serve on our Career and Industry Engagement team helping educate and create connections between UF students and potential employers. I support the College of Veterinary Medicine as the embedded liaison role within the Career Resource Center. I work with faculty and staff from the college to help support their students’ career development through career planning appointments, express drop-ins, and providing support through developing experiential and employment opportunities. I enjoy spending time outside of my position exploring the outdoors with my dog, and following sports.

As an Embedded Liaison, I provide career development opportunities and industry connections to support the professional growth of students enrolled at the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. In so doing, I build and maintain relationships with employers and collaborate with faculty and staff to customize Career Resource Services specifically for the Gator Engineer. Outside of the CRC, you can almost always find me hanging out with the fam eating good food, worshipping, and relaxing at the house.

As a member of the Career Resource Center, I serve as the embedded liaison to the College of Journalism and Communications. I work with the faculty and staff of the College to assist students in reaching their career goals. Through workshops and personal meetings, I seek to ensure that students are empowered with the necessary tools to be effective in their future career. I also work to build relationships with employers in the field of communications in order to stay abreast to trends in the industry as well as to pursue employment opportunities on behalf of the students in the College. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music.

I work with the Recruitment Services team to maintain relationships with existing companies by providing them with customized recruitment tools and on-going education to identify potential UF students and alumni. I also directly manage the UF CRC’s Gator CareerLink (GCL) database and research new trends on how employers can establish their brand on-campus. Things I love include church, family, my culture, traveling, baking, crafts and spending time with friends!

As the Assistant Director for Industry Relations, I am responsible for the development of new relationships with employers interested in hiring UF students and alumni. In addition, I also manage the CRC’s Diversity Initiatives and events through partnerships with departments such as the Disability Resource Center, Collegiate Veteran’s Success Center and Multicultural and Diversity Affairs. When I’m not at work, you can find me fishing, boating, or RVing with my husband and four sons.

In this role, I support the Recruitment Services team, responsible for hosting Career Events, and on-campus recruiting activities (On Campus Interviews, Information Sessions, Job Postings, etc.) by providing a strategic vision and guidance in evolving our service offerings. Our team is responsible for creating a quality and comprehensive recruiting experience for employers both on- and off-campus. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, visiting Disney, and indulging my sweet tooth!

I act as a gatekeeper between University of Florida students and alumni and career opportunities. I work with hundreds of companies to oversee campus interviews in the Career Resource Center. Together we schedule information sessions and provide Gators access to thousands of company job post on Gator CareerLink. I am passionate about football.

I lead the Industry Relations team in creating career ready connections between students and employers by providing vision, strategy, and support to our comprehensive employer engagement plan both on campus and virtually. A proud two-time GATOR alumnus, I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration. Off the clock, you will most likely find me outdoors exploring our nearby springs and trails. I love camping, kayaking, and biking!
