Connect with Gator CareerLink

Last year over 21,000 students and alumni connected with the Career Resource Center, and many of these connections started with Gator CareerLink (GCL). GCL is the portal to everything career at the University of Florida and it gives you incredible access to internships, co-ops, job shadowing, part and full-time job opportunities, online resource library, career events, and more. GCL is a free service provided for students and alumni.

Inside Gator CareerLink

Within GCL, there are several general job boards available for your use. These boards are located under the “Jobs” tab on the GCL homepage. The boards available include:

Gator CareerLink Job Database

This job board is only accessible by UF students and alumni. Employers who post their positions in this system are specifically looking to recruit Gators.


This is a general job board sponsored by NACELink Network, which is a national collaborative recruiting network of career centers.

Employ Florida

This database houses work opportunities provided through the State Government of Florida.

USA Jobs

USA Jobs is the Federal Government’s official one-stop source for federal jobs and employment information

My World Abroad

My World Abroad is a subscription based service that connects students to International opportunities to enhance global career skills. To access the site through the UF sponsored subscription, you must access the site through Gator CareerLink.

Within Gator CareerLink you are even able to set up automated “Search Agents” that will notify you when relevant opportunities are posted.
